Our client, a leading food production company, is seeking 3rd shift Production Laborers to join their team. As a Production Laborer, you will be part of the Production department supporting the packing team. The ideal candidate will have good communication skills, be a team player, and have the ability to handle the stress of a fast-paced environment which will align successfully in the organization.Job Title: 3rd Shift Production LaborerLocation: Terre Haute, INPay Range: $14 to $15/hourWhat's the Job?
Package product and Material Handling
Support manufacturing in a general labor production role
Rotate positions with other packing staff as directed
Maintain a clean work area and assist with sanitation with any miscellaneous cleaning as directed
Inspect product for quality
What's Needed?
Knowledge of manufacturing procedures or willingness to learn
Basic math skills
Ability to work in cold or very warm environments
Must be able to work overtime when necessary
Good organization skills
Must be a team player, flexible, and adaptable
Willingness to accept odd job assignments when production lines are not operating
Ability to understand and follow safety procedures
