Akkodis is seeking a Medical Device Assembly Associate for a contract job with a client in Spencer, IN. This role focuses on assembling and inspecting medical devices while following detailed written specifications and manufacturing instructions.
Salary Range: $14.00/hour to $16.00/hour. The salary may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
Medical Device Assembly Job responsibilities include:
Pulling and following packaging specifications to determine the correct product components and materials.
Identifying and handling non-conformances appropriately.
Assembling, packaging, and labeling complete sets and products to maintain processing flow.
Operating and maintaining machinery when required, as well as handling tools and precision measuring equipment.
Inspecting components using microscopes and other magnification tools.
Ensuring full compliance with FDA 21 CFR 820, ISO 13485, and other applicable regulations.
Maintaining accurate documentation and reporting quality concerns to leadership.
Desired Qualifications:
Minimum 18 years of age
High School Diploma, High School Equivalency Diploma
