Flexible part time help on large rural property

We a big place. Hundreds of acres. Its about half gorgeous hardwood forest, part leased agriculture and part mowed turf. Taking care of the place is taking too much of my time and frankly wearing me out. I need a sharp person that can run commercial mowers, operate compact tractors, use a chainsaw, etc. Basic maintenance experience a plus. I imagine it'll be 10-15 hours a week. I have a few projects that could use more time if you're up for that. Pay will be really good for the responsible and easy to work with person.
