We’re looking for a Customer Service Representative who thrives in a remote environment and is passionate about helping people. You’ll be the voice of our company , the person customers turn to when they need assistance, guidance, or just a little empathy. Your goal? To make every interaction positive, efficient, and memorable.
What You’ll Do
Communicate with customers via email, live chat, and phone in a timely and professional manner
Provide clear, accurate, and helpful answers to product, order, and account-related inquiries
Resolve issues with patience and ownership, always aiming to turn challenges into positive outcomes
Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Operations, etc.) to troubleshoot and escalate complex cases
Keep detailed and organized records of customer interactions using our CRM tools
Contribute ideas for improving the customer experience — we welcome your insight!
Meet or exceed performance goals related to response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction
What You Bring
1+ years of experience in a customer support, service, or success role (remote experience is a big plus)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure
Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently
Tech-savvy and quick to learn new systems (we use tools like [e.g., Intercom, Slack, Notion])
A quiet, reliable home work setup with strong internet connectivity
Nice to Have
Experience working in a remote-first or distributed team environment
