Description As the Director of Finance, you will oversee the financial aspects of multiple business units, including investments and key projects, serving as a lead to the Chief Officers of these functions. Key responsibilities include ensuring accurate financial reporting, effective risk management and strategic planning. You will translate strategic plans into operational plans, track the financial performance of investments, and provide insight for executive decision making. Utilizing shared financial resources effectively, you'll deliver on stakeholder expectations and be equipped to adapt as organizational needs evolve. Proven expertise in Corporate Finance is essential. Demonstrated experience in fostering strong Business partnerships. A bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, or a related field is required; an MBA or relevant advanced degree is preferred. Professional certification such as CPA, CFA, or similar is highly desirable. Exceptional analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills. Strong leadership and team management abilities. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly convey complex financial concepts to a diverse range of stakeholders. Proficiency in financial software and databases, as well as advanced knowledge of MS Excel. High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation. Ability to handle high levels of pressure and critical decision-making. High attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to strategically identify, propose, and implement improvements to finance processes and procedures.
