Talent Acquisition and Training (TNT) Northern IN

We require you to be in a Domino's uniform in store. A Talent Acquisition and Training Specialist (TNT), is a professional who sources, screens, trains, and retains candidates that best fit DTID’s future goals. Their duties include establishing hiring criteria, understanding recruiting needs and finding the right candidates. They also train those new team members and work alongside the store managers to retain those new team members.TNT’s are tasked with keeping the organization well-staffed with the right talent. Some common TNT job duties and responsibilities include:Developing policies and strategies for acquiring new talentAnalyzing the company’s hiring and talent needs to anticipate hiringUsing various channels to source candidatesWorking with GM's to anticipate needs and fill positionsManaging the screening process, including resume screening and interviewingBuilding relationships with store GMs, DMs, and team membersResearching talent acquisition trends to improve the processRepresenting the organization at job fairs and recruiting eventsScheduling and conducting in-store trainingCoachingSubmitting timely reportsIdentifying areas of improvementMaintains training records of all new team membersServes as a mentor and will conduct follow-up assessment and or retrainingWorking in the store to support efforts one day on weekends or as needed
