The Indiana University Foundation is seeking a Senior Manager, Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) to lead our marketing team in driving impactful email marketing initiatives for the Indiana University Alumni Association and the Foundation.The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, technically skilled in SFMC, and a motivational leader capable of managing a team of Email Automation Specialists and Marketing Cloud Developers. This role will be responsible for ensuring our email campaigns and communication touchpoints effectively engage multiple alumni and donor audiences, leveraging data-driven personalization, automation, and best practices in email marketing.The Senior Manager will oversee the development and execution of integrated email and communication strategies, ensuring alignment with advancement and fundraising goals. This individual will act as both a team leader and a hands-on SFMC expert, supporting campaign execution, data-driven decision-making, and continuous optimization.
