Troubleshoot physical devices, to identify true failure mechanisms
Continuously improve processes and work instructions for identification of true failure mechanisms
Document, report, track failure mechanisms return rate
Drive Hands-on investigations of product return across functions to understand causes for device return failures, identify actions, and propose viable solutions and or design modifications
