Description We are in search of an HR Generalist to join our team in the service industry, based in Bloomington, Minnesota. This role primarily involves managing job postings, overseeing applicant flow, and ensuring managers are taking appropriate action. Additionally, you will assist with benefits administration, employee relations, and the handling of sensitive questions. This role involves the use of ADP for updates and changes, and requires a solutions-oriented individual able to function with minimal direction.Responsibilities: Oversee job posting management and monitor applicant flow Assist hiring managers in the recruiting process Handle benefits administration, including enrolling new hires Provide support in employee relations, including answering sensitive questions Update and make changes in ADP, such as increases and resignations Manage workflow through phone, email, or in-person interactions Utilize ADP Workforce Now for HR-related tasks Administer compensation and ensure compliance with relevant laws and policies Handle full cycle recruiting, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires Manage employee relations and ensure a harmonious workplace environment Requirements Proficient in ADP Workforce Now Experience in Benefit Functions Skilled in Compensation Administration Understanding of Compliance regulations and practices Ability to handle Employee Relations Knowledge and experience in Full Cycle Recruiting Minimum of 7 years experience in a similar HR Generalist role within the Service industry Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proven track record in strategic HR planning Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred detail oriented certification in Human Resources (e.g., PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP) would be an advantage.
