Description We are searching for a Dispatch Manager to join our client's team in Bloomington, MN. In this role, you will be primarily tasked with managing daily routes, handling field calls, and maintaining service schedules. You will also be responsible for coordinating logistics, ensuring customer satisfaction, and complying with DOT regulations. Responsibilities: Manage daily routes and adjust as necessary to meet changing needs and priorities. Handle field calls and respond to drivers' questions promptly and efficiently. Maintain service schedules for clients, ensuring seamless service delivery. Coordinate truck maintenance, including preventative measures and DOT inspections. Monitor the progress of service appointments and respond promptly to any delays or disruptions. Maintain constant communication with field staff to provide updates on service assignments, schedule changes, or emergencies. Collaborate with other departments such as customer service, operations, and billing to ensure seamless service delivery. Document all service requests, assignments, and customer communications accurately in the system. Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries, concerns, or complaints in a professional and timely manner. Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.Requirements Must possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in a Dispatch Manager role or similar position Demonstrated proficiency in dispatching and coordinating logistics Proven experience in scheduling, customer service, coordinating schedules, and equipment maintenance Knowledge of DOT compliance and regulations is essential Strong data entry skills and experience handling work orders Must have experience in logistics & distribution, delivery schedule, and service delivery management Must be able to effectively manage and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
