Provide top-notch customer service, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and delivering tailored solutions while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, or in-person customer interactions efficiently and effectively.
Update and maintain customer account information using the company’s CRM system.
Act as a liaison between the customer and internal departments, ensuring smooth communication and issue resolution.
Meet or exceed customer satisfaction, productivity, and quality goals.
Follow company policies and procedures while contributing to process improvements that enhance customer interactions.
Requirements
Key Qualifications:
1+ years of customer service experience is preferred; strong communication and interpersonal skills are required.
Ability to thrive in a team-oriented, fast-paced work environment with a strong commitment to attention to detail.
Proficiency in using CRM systems and other standard computer applications.
High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or training is a plus.
A positive, professional attitude with a customer-first mindset.
