Aston Carter is hiring an Accounts Payable Specialist in Bloomington, MN! This position offers competitive pay with a top company in the area!Job Description:

The Accounts Payable Administrator will be responsible for the accurate and timely processing of payroll and accounts payable.

The Administrator will utilize the (ERP) Microsoft Dynamics – Great Plains accounts payable, Kronos time and attendance system, and Workday Payroll systems to complete these functions.

Duties include but not limited to performing full function payables processing from receipt of invoice through payment, interface with bank e-payment platform, maintaining compliance with government regulations, complex calculations of a variety of pay types, and adherence to companies polices.

Skills & Qualifications:

Associates Degree is preferred

4+ years of Accounts Payable experience

4+ years of working in an ERP
