As we continue to grow, we are currently seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team.

This position is well-suited for someone who is dependable, organized, and confident working in a customer-facing role. The right candidate will be someone who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, and managing routine financial tasks with accuracy and care. Responsibilities include greeting and assisting customers both in person and over the phone, answering inquiries via email, handling cash transactions and deposits, performing bookkeeping tasks such as data entry and reconciling records, and maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer files. You’ll also be expected to support general administrative duties and ensure all activity complies with internal policies and financial regulations.

To succeed in this role, you should be fluent in English and have excellent verbal and written communication skills. A high school diploma is required, and while previous experience in customer service, retail, or finance is preferred, it’s not mandatory for the right candidate. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) is essential, along with strong attention to detail and a professional, team-oriented attitude. You should be comfortable working independently and taking initiative, while also being a reliable part of a collaborative team.
