Job Title: Maintenance TechnicianJob DescriptionThe job involves maintaining industrial machinery , diagnosing and fixing issues , and implementing preventive maintenance to reduce downtime. It requires collaborating with other departments, ensuring safety compliance, documenting activities, responding quickly to breakdowns, and participating in training programs.Responsibilities
Perform routine maintenance tasks on industrial machinery and equipment, including inspections, lubrication, and adjustments.
Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues to identify root causes of equipment malfunctions.
Document all maintenance activities, including inspections, repairs, and replacements, to maintain accurate records.
Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns and work efficiently to minimize production disruptions.
Participate in training programs to enhance technical skills and stay informed about industry best practices.
Essential Skills
Electrical troubleshooting, including motors, drives, and electrical cabinets (120V-480V)
Mechanical repair, including gearboxes, shafts, bearings, pneumatics, and air cylinders
PLC troubleshooting
Experience in industrial maintenance
Proficiency in mechanical, hydraulics, and pneumatics

1st Shift (6am-2:30pm)
