Product Support Representative

Description We are in search of a Customer and Sales Specialist to join our team in Batesville, Indiana. This role is primarily in the pharmaceutical industry, with a focus on Product Management. The successful candidate will serve as an integral part of our team, driving sales by effectively communicating with customers and processing sales proposals and orders in a timely manner. This will be an onsite position in Milwaukee, WI.Responsibilities: Work collaboratively in a team that handles customer and sales manager inquiries Educate customers and sales representatives about our product portfolio, product features, and additional services that are available Enter proposals and purchase orders that are received via call or email, ensuring appropriate pricing approval is given based on product line discount matrix Partner with production planning and distribution teams on product availability and delivery expectations to meet customers' expected delivery Handle all email inquiries directed to our website or Customer Service inbox Review all contracts and purchase orders as per guidelines and standards for Revenue Recognition and Sarbanes Oxley standards Adhere to and administer company policies and procedures including Discount Approval and Credit Return Matrix Achieve department service level goals through prompt and courteous phone skills Participate as a team player and project a positive attitude.Requirements Demonstrated experience in a product management role Proven customer service skills Experience in sales and understanding of sales strategies Proficiency in office functions and administrative tasks Ability to generate and analyze reports Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word Experience in developing and following procedures Excellent research abilities Experience in reviewing and managing contracts Understanding of audit processes Ability to support workstation and IT needs Knowledge of pricing strategies Experience managing and updating websites Understanding of credit management Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Experience in answering customer queries and concerns Experience in managing purchase orders Ability to plan and implement promotions Proficiency in creating charts and graphs Familiarity with company policy development and implementation Experience in a call center environment Ability to delegate tasks to appropriate personnel Demonstrated effective communication skills Experience or willingness to learn voice technology.
