About the Role:As the Director of Member Services, you will oversee all facets of member relations, including billing support and energy programs, assisting member service operations, and marketing communications. This leadership position is responsible for ensuring our members receive top-tier service while promoting programs that enhance energy efficiency, safety, and satisfaction.Key Responsibilities:Lead and assist the Member Services team to deliver exceptional service and support to our members.Serve as the cooperative’s Energy Advisor, providing expert guidance on energy efficiency, renewable options, and rebate programs for residential and commercial membersDevelop and implement energy efficiency programs, rebates, and load management initiativesManage and grow relationships with key commercial and industrial accounts as the main liaison, supporting energy management initiatives and ensuring service reliability that supports economic growthOversee commercial billingCollaborate with internal departments to align strategic goals and enhance the cooperative’s value to its members.Respond to negative member feedback, inquiries, and concerns with care and professionalismOversee community outreach by representing REMC at community events, meetings, and educational forums
