Responsible for planning of Injection molding presses. This shall include production requirements, bank builds, samples, and required maintenance
Monitor and maintain work in process fleet, adjust to customer demand on a quarterly basis
Monitor and maintain delivery performance based off production requirements, use PDCA method to improve on time production of all AiP molded products
Manage and monitor desired material component parameters to optimize inventory levels
Review demand and supply to understand bottleneck and propose alternative capacity or areas needing capacity improvement to meet demand
Strong organizational skills and an analytical mindset
Assist in inventory reconciliation
Performs other duties as required
Qualifications
Strong working knowledge of SAP
Practical understanding of Supply Chain management processes and systems
Manufacturing experience such as Kanban Planning Techniques- Internal tools
Developed Problem Solving skills (8D, 5 why, Root Cause Analysis, etc.)
Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Demonstrated success with teamwork, organization, planning, time management, dependability, reporting and documentation skills
Ability to work cross-functionally and independently
Strong communication (verbal and written)
Detail-orientated and highly motivated individual
Ability to manage deadlines
Team player who promotes a healthy and positive work environment across all plant operations
Additional InformationEducation and/or Experience
Minimum 5 years demonstrated equivalent experience with High School Diploma or GED
Applicants working towards an associate degree in production management is preferred
