Job Description
This position will support the West Suburban Region of Northwestern Medicine
Under general supervision, performs repairs and preventative maintenance in the areas of plumbing, carpentry, electrical, painting, hydraulics, pneumatics, and machine servicing. Responsible for completing assigned tasks in a timely manner and with quality workmanship. Helps create a best in class environment for our patients and staff using past experiences, creativity and independent judgment. AA/EOE
Qualifications
Requirements: -
- General: 3-6 years maintenance or construction experience in a commercial/industrial setting required.
- Experience in a health care environment preferred.
- Should have experience in the areas of plumbing, carpentry, electrical, and painting
- General: high school diploma or equivalent.
- License to drive a vehicle
Preferred:
- Associates Degree or Trade School
- Boiler Operator License
