Description We are offering a role in the Real Estate Property/Facilities Management industry based in Westmont, Illinois, United States. This role primarily focuses on the function of an Accounting Clerk. We are actively seeking an individual who can efficiently handle tasks related to data entry, system improvement, and problem-solving abilities. This role provides an opportunity for contract employment.Responsibilities: Accurately input and update company records into databases or systems, ensuring all information is current and correct. Apply attention to detail to minimize errors and maintain data integrity. Address challenges or discrepancies in the data, troubleshoot and resolve them effectively. Take and follow formal steps as directed. Act as a team player and collaborate effectively with other team members. Utilize skills in PeopleSoft, PeopleSoft ERP, PeopleSoft Modules, Computer Data Entry, Data Entry, High-Volume Data Entry, and System Implementation. Process customer credit applications accurately and efficiently. Maintain accurate customer credit records. Monitor customer credit accounts and take appropriate action to collect delinquent payments. Requirements Proficiency in PeopleSoft, PeopleSoft ERP and PeopleSoft Modules is essential. Demonstrated experience in Computer Data Entry and High-Volume Data Entry. Solid understanding of system implementation is required. Must possess excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Previous experience in a similar role within the Real Estate Property or Facilities Management industry is preferred. Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field is desirable. Must be able to handle confidential information with discretion. Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical skills are required. Ability to multitask, manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
