Description A Robert Half client is looking for a Spanish bilingual Receptionist to join their team, located in Westmont, Illinois. This position is 100% in-office with the hours of 8:30am-5:00pm. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for their company, greeting guests and employees, answering incoming calls, and providing clerical support to various departments. You will also be tasked with managing emails, maintaining office supplies, and coordinating in-office events and logistics. Responsibilities Greet and welcome guests and employees upon arrival Answer and redirect incoming calls as necessary Respond to queries and complaints in a timely and detail oriented manner Provide clerical support to various departments, assisting with special projects as needed Receive and distribute letters, packages, and other mail items Prepare outgoing mail by drafting correspondence and securing parcels Manage, sort, and forward emails in a timely manner Maintain inventory of office and kitchen supplies and place orders when necessary Support the Executive Assistant with the coordination of in-office events, meals, and logistics Schedule and coordinate the use of internal conference rooms Interact professionally with a wide range of individuals, including members of the executive team, vendors, employees, board of directors, and clients Handle highly sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism. Requirements Minimum of 5 years of experience in a receptionist role Exceptional ability to assist and direct guests in a detail oriented and courteous manner Proven experience in answering and managing a multi-line phone system Proficient in ordering office supplies and maintaining inventory Experience in booking and managing conference room schedules Ability to setup and cleanup conference rooms before and after meetings Strong skills in event planning and coordination Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proficient in using office equipment and software Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively Strong organizational and time management skills High level of discretion and confidentiality Spanish language proficiency required Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
