Shipping & Receiving Assistant Manager

This role offers a range of $57,000 to $65,000 annually. Actual compensation will be based on qualifications such as experience, education, certifications, and skills, as well as geographic considerations.We are seeking an experienced Shipping & Receiving manager at our plant location.  The person in this role will be responsible for:Providing leadership to the shipping and receiving departmentDriving operational continuous improvement in safety, quality, delivery, and costManaging cycle count program to optimize warehouse accuracyWorking with internal plant support reps by providing clear, timely, & effective communicationUtilizing SAP & supporting shipping/receiving systems to accurately process ordersCompiling records of unfilled ordersBeing committed to participation in TPM activities of the facility with a clear understanding of all KPI targetsUnderstanding current value stream to create improvement objectives for an ideal future stateIssuing written and oral instructions
