Job Description
More about the job:Under the guidance of the DON, you will be leading the Restorative and Wound Care programs for the facility. You will provide oversight for all the CNAs in the center – supervision, management and staffing.
Qualifications
What we need from you:- 3-5+ years of experience as an ADON, Charge Nurse or Nursing Supervisor in an ICF or SNF setting
- Registered Nurse (RN)
- Experience leading: restorative, wound care, falls prevention and pain management
- Strong CNA leadership experience
