Job Title: Maintenance MechanicJob Description:We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. This position offers:Shifts Available:
1st Shift: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM, Monday - Friday (must be open to work Saturdays at least once a month).
2nd Shift: 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM (will train on 1st shift for around 2 weeks, then move to 2nd shift).
3rd Shift Maintenance Lead: 10:00 PM - 6:30 AM.
Responsibilities:
Perform preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of food machinery.
Work on conveyors, ovens, heaters, chillers, baggers, fillers, coolers, and packaging machinery.
Responsible for 80% mechanical and 20% electrical work.
Troubleshoot PLCs.
Involved in the setup and modification of machinery.

This is a fully on-site position in Waukegan, Illinois .
Work Environment:
Clean food manufacturing and packaging facility (company makes popcorn).
All dry foods.
Must be comfortable wearing hair nets and smocks at all times in the facility.
Expect an average of 5-10 hours of overtime during the week.
Pay:
$30 - $40 per hour
Shift Differential:
$2-$3 for 2nd shift
$4.25 for 3rd shift
