In this role, you’ll combine your technical expertise with leadership skills to guide technicians, ensure quality repairs, and uphold the values of safety, empathy, and excellence that define who we are.This position will work Monday-Friday, 7am-4pm.What You’ll DoLead and mentor technicians by offering guidance, support, and opportunities to grow their skills.Set the standard with strong work habits, attention to detail, and a commitment to producing high-quality work.Keep the team connected by holding weekly huddles to share updates, provide feedback, and discuss shop operations, safety, and cleanliness.Ensure compliance with company and OEM policies while documenting findings and communicating next steps with management.Support learning and development by providing product updates and technical training.Oversee repair progress through our Dealer Management System, ensuring jobs stay on track and communicating proactively with dispatch.Serve as a liaison between technicians, service admin staff, and customers to keep operations running smoothly and minimize delays.Communicate with customers requiring technical expertise, providing updates with clarity and professionalism.Monitor shop tools and facilities to ensure everything is safe, clean, organized, and compliant with Elite Support standards.
