Looking for an exciting new Career? Aerotek is looking for a Shop Foreman near Sublette, IL!Description:
Will run facility directly overseeing 2-3 machinists
Customer facing, will be expected to communicate professionally and have moderate computer competency
Operate manual mill and lathe machines, programming not necessary
Will regularly utilize micrometers and must be able to compute fractions and decimals
Experience with tool changing and machine set up
Custom shop centered around the "hydraulic cylinder" business
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
Previous fab or job shop experience is ideal
Proven ability to lead and motivate others
Strong organization skills
Microsoft Word/Excel/Outlook experience
Strong math skills
Entrepreneurial mindset
