Description We are offering a contract-to-hire employment opportunity for a Senior Software Engineer in Schaumburg, Illinois. You will be tasked to design and implement innovative software solutions, using your extensive knowledge of servers, hardware, and programming languages. Your role will be pivotal in maintaining and ensuring the security of our business operations as well as communicating effectively with team members.Responsibilities: Utilize your skills in C#, ASP.NET Core or Blazor, JavaScript, Web APIs, REST, ORMs, GIT and SQL Server, among other technologies to design and develop software solutions Apply innovative software development techniques to solve real-world problems Evaluate and optimize the performance and scalability of AI solutions Work with cloud platforms such as Azure, GCP or AWS Implement agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban in the development process Communicate your work and results effectively to stakeholders and peers Test, debug, and monitor the performance and reliability of AI systems and applications Understand business operations and develop creative solutions to challenges using the most modern tech Ensure the sophisticated knowledge of a vast array of servers and other hardware crucial to the operation of the business Comfortably program software from the ground up, manage networking and security issues. Requirements Holds a position of Sr. Software Engineer or similar role for at least 5 years Proficient in C Sharp Programming (C#) Demonstrated knowledge and experience in JavaScript Must possess skills in Blazor Must have Python programming experience Ability to work in a team and collaborate effectively Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proven problem-solving and analytical abilities Must adhere to all company policies and procedures Possess a strong understanding of software engineering principles Continual learning and development of technical skills and industry trends Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred.
