1. 1-2 years experience in a help desk environment (preferably an MSP supporting multiple clients)2. L1 Help Desk troubleshooting aptitude (Browser issues, Printer, WIFI network connectivity issues, Monitor/Docking issues) 3. Active Directory (Password resets, onboarding/offboarding users)4. O365 troubleshooting/admin (Creating shared mailboxes, distribution groups through the admin portal)
