This role is responsible for overseeing, managing, and providing hands-on support for the client’s infrastructure, cloud environment, and cybersecurity operations. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing complex technology environments and leading strategic initiatives to optimize IT infrastructure while ensuring security and operational excellence. Provide strategic planning, support, and oversight for the client’s infrastructure environment, including systems engineering, networking, desktop support, cloud technology, and data center operations.Collaborate directly with client leadership to provide insight on emerging trends in cybersecurity, disaster recovery, business continuity, and technology innovation.Oversee daily operations of core infrastructure services, ensuring high availability, performance, and security.Partner with managed service providers to maintain and optimize cloud-based systems.Implement and manage cybersecurity operations, ensuring the protection of sensitive data and compliance with security standards.Provide technical leadership in areas such as virtualization, storage, networking, server administration, and compliance auditing.Participate in IT governance discussions, project prioritization, and long-term technology planning with the client’s executive team.
