Position Summary:The Corporate Accounting Intern will utilize strong accounting, financial reporting, and analytical skills to support the Martin Brower global corporate finance team. This role will support a variety of day-to-day accounting and reporting activities and contribute to the monthly general ledger close process. Additionally, this role will support the global corporate finance team with various projects and initiatives as needed. Position Responsibilities may include, but not limited to:
Prepare and book journal entries
Prepare balance sheet account reconciliations
Prepare ad-hoc reporting and analysis
Roll forward key accounting schedules and reports
Help build and maintain process documentation
Help identify and implement opportunities to streamline processes & reporting
Other projects or duties as assigned.
Required Education and Experience:
High School Diploma or General Education Degree with 0 to 1 plus years of general work experience
