Purpose of the job
 As a Warehouse Administrator at Movu Robotics, you play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our warehouse activities. You manage inventory controls, oversee order processing and shipping, and guarantee timely delivery of materials. Collaborating closely with other departments, you adopt a hands-on approach to maintain seamless workflows.Key result areas & Key deliverables
 QSHE & ComplianceResponsible for ensuring everyone works safely and according to the QSHE standards to ensure that all work is done in a safe, efficient, and qualitative way.Responsible for ensuring that all executed activities and processes are in compliance with QSHE standards, policies, instructions, and local legislation.Complies with the attitude of lean and continuous improvements in the organization.Tasks & ResponsibilitiesImplement and maintain inventory controls and ensure accurate tracking of all incoming and outgoing warehouse materials.Pick, pack and ship all outbound materials.Receive all inbound materialsCollaborate with other departments, such as supply chain, after sales, project management and service, to ensure efficient operations.Perform routine inspections of the warehouse to ensure cleanliness and organization.Maintain accurate records of all warehouse activities and generate regular (weekly based) reports to the warehouse manager.
