We are assisting a local client in their search for a talented individual to fill this exciting position in Romeoville, IL. This role offers competitive compensation ( 19/hour (20.50/hour) ) with the potential to convert to a permanent role at the end of the contract period.Available Shift: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Some OT Required including Saturdays)Top reasons to work with Adecco:

Requirements:

High School Diploma or Equivalent

1+ years of prior warehouse and material handling experience required.

Experience operating all types of forklifts (Reach/Order Picker, Stand-Up)

All applicants must complete a forklift assessment.

Must be able to lift to 25 lbs.

Warehouse management system experience required, including RF Scanners.

Description:

Has overall responsibility for receiving and moving materials within the warehouse.

Verifies the inventory quantity and assists in inventory level maintenance.

Maintains complete paperwork.

Safely operates warehouse equipment.

Pick and stage parts for store replenishment.

Regularly uses lift equipment to move pallets around the warehouse.

Marks pallets with identifying store information.

Keeps work area neat, clean, and hazard-free.

Uses a hand-held radio frequency device (RF Scanner).
