Under supervision of the Department Supervisor and Section Lead, safely perform production tasks in line with industry standards. Works in a continuous improvement mindset and actively participates in continuous improvement activities.Follow detailed work instructions & processes to insure high quality productAccurate quality data entry and attention to detailMaintain an organized and clean work environmentAccurately package and coordinate shipping of productsBecome proficient in all operator rolesManage daily assigned tasks to assure completion each shiftMeet or exceed goals and contribute to improving overall company metricsBecome an active member of our manufacturing team helping to drive continuous improvementGain full working knowledge of an intricate set of production tools (metrology, CVD reactors, lab equipment, etc.)Maintain a clean and Safe work Environment
