MGM-K Exteriors Inc is a general contractor company based in Rockford IL, servicing the area for more than 20 years. We specialize in insurance claims for hail, wind, & fire damage for residential and commercial projects. Our company is dedicated on helping customers achieve their roofing, siding, gutter, and window needs.
We are looking for an Insurance Claim Specialist/Representative who has a knowledge and understanding of roofing, siding, gutters & insurance claims
Qualifications
Must have high school degree (college degree preferred)
Have the ability to interact with potential customers and educate homeowners about our process
Past sales and/or sales experience desired. But willing to train the right person.
Must be presentable in person, with great communication & people skills
Valid Driver’s License is required
Must be able to get on a residential or commercial roof to perform an inspection
Must be willing to travel nationwide & local
Responsibilities
You will be required to set up ladder and inspect roofs and properties to determine whether they have enough storm or hail damage to be eligible for a repair or replacement through the homeowner's Home Insurance
You will assist the homeowners with their insurance claims for property damage and meet Insurance Adjusters
Will help homeowner to read insurance policies to be able to identify coverage
Must be able to self-generate your own leads and appointments
You set and manage expectations throughout the restoration process to ensure customer satisfaction.
$18 - $35 per hour or commission pay
NOTE: compensation is negotiable
