Deck builder needed. Looking for an experiend motivated builder to build in a team setting. Must have a passion for building and ability to listen and improve. Must also be motivated to work alone and understand basic drawings and deck building fundamentals ( Footings/ Beams/ joist framing/ laying deckboards). Include a description of your construction experience if you are interested. Regular bonus's offered based on job profits.
