Your primary role is to maintain a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for our guests and staff. We’re looking for someone who has a commanding presence, can stay calm under pressure, and knows how to prevent conflicts before they start.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain a visible, authoritative presence to deter any potential issues.
Monitor the club for safety and security concerns.
Intervene quickly and effectively to prevent or de-escalate altercations.
Ensure all patrons comply with club rules and policies.
Work with management and security staff to maintain a positive atmosphere.
Qualifications:
Previous experience as a host, security guard, or in a similar role.
Strong physical presence and ability to handle confrontational situations.
Excellent communication and conflict-resolution skills.
Ability to remain calm, professional, and in control in high-energy environments.
