DUTIES TO INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
-Deliver and issue tools needed by operators out of vending machines or out of inventory.
-Pull set-ups according to schedule and work with purchasing to acquire any needed items.
-Manage items that become low volume because of excess pulls and relay information to engineering.
-Continually improve and maintain organization scheme of tool room.
-Provide operators back up tooling at the machine.
-Gathering holders and other loose-leaf items circulating on the floor by performing multiple weekly sweeps.
-Training with Engineering on set-up/operate EDM.
-Work with Engineering on monitoring and cutting tools from program on the EDM.
-Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
-Ability to stand for long periods.
-Initiate quick changeover process and organization.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
Self-motivated, self-sufficient, and highly organized
High School Diploma or equivalent
PREFERRED SKILLS
Comfortable using various computer systems, E-mail, ERP systems, spreadsheets & Excel.
Organizational skills a must.
ADDITIONAL NOTES
Experience with EDM and CNC a plus
