Job Description:
We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Landscape Laborer to join our team. This is a physically demanding, outdoor position requiring reliability, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work in various weather conditions. No experience is necessary, but a willingness to learn and work hard is essential.
Responsibilities:
Arrive punctually at 6:15 AM daily and work until the job is complete.
Perform physical labor such as digging holes and trenches.
Install sod, trees, shrubs, and perennials according to landscape plans.
Spread and install mulch, rock, and other materials.
Assist in cutting trees, hauling logs, and removing landscape debris.
Operate basic hand tools, shovels, and wheelbarrows.
Work efficiently as part of a team to complete projects on time.
Requirements:
Dependability is a must – We need individuals who show up on time and ready to work.
Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions.
Willingness to learn and follow instructions.
Experience is a plus, but a strong work ethic is more important.
