Industrial maintenance/mechanic electrician will perform routine preventive maintenance and repair of machines.

Troubleshoot emergency maintenance on machines as necessary to support plant operations.

Troubleshoot industrial, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic and mechanical failures

Read, manage and perform work orders of required maintenance services.

Inspects, tests, repairs and maintains the electrical and instrumentation systems in a safe manner with an integrated box plant.

Performs assignments requiring mechanical and electrical skills.

Must be familiar with hydraulics and pneumatics.

Must have expert mechanical and electrical troubleshooting experience and proven ability of machine repair.

Knowledge of AC and DC motors installation and repair.

PLC troubleshooting and ability to read and interpret electrical and mechanical drawings.

Able to install and set up both A/C and D/C drives

Working knowledge of A/C and D/C motors

PLC troubleshooting required (extensive knowledge such as with Siemens and Allen Bradley)

Working Knowledge of Encoders and various types of sensors.

Ability to read both electrical and mechanical drawings

Working knowledge of pneumatics and hydraulics

Performs other duties as assigned.

Provide resolution to mechanical and electrical problems of machinery.

High and low voltage – 10 VDC to 480 VAC

The Skills You Will Bring:

PLC troubleshooting, inputs/outputs, and changeouts of programs

Experience with Factory Talk or similar HMI software

Photo eyes, sensors, limit switches, and solenoids

Repairing and troubleshooting conveyor systems (line controls)

Mechanical Systems (bearings, chains, sprockets, gearboxes)

Hydraulics & Pneumatics

High and Low Voltage – 10 VDC to 480 VAC

Ability to operate a multi-meter to diagnose a variety of electrical issues

Occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds

Frequently required to stand; walk; use hands to handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl and talk or hear.

Education & Work Experience:Experience: Minimum 5 years in troubleshooting industrial electrical control systems down to component level.The Benefits You Will Enjoy:
