Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Project Manager to oversee and coordinate residential renovation projects from start to finish. The Project Manager will ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of our clients. This role requires strong leadership, organization, and communication skills, as well as knowledge of home construction and remodeling processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all aspects of assigned renovation projects, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution

Coordinate with crew members, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients

Conduct site visits and supervise job progress to ensure quality and compliance

Track project milestones and proactively address delays or issues

Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates and manage expectations

Ensure adherence to safety protocols and building codes

Order and manage delivery of materials and equipment

Maintain accurate records, including contracts, invoices, permits, and daily logs

Conduct final walkthroughs and ensure punch list completion

Qualifications:

Proven experience in residential construction or remodeling project management

Strong understanding of renovation processes, building codes, and safety regulations

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills

Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents

Proficiency in project management software and tools

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Preferred:

Bilingual (English/Spanish)

OSHA certification or construction-related training

Prior experience with residential clients and high-end finishes
