Job Description TITLE: Lead Software DeveloperDUTIES: DFS Corporate Services LLC seeks Lead Software Developer in Riverwoods, IL to analyze, modify, and support application software. Ensure quality code is delivered through continuous integration, development, and testing. Perform technical design, coding with test automation, support, and documentation of software application modifications. Deliver technology solutions that support business goals. Partner with the product owner to understand business requirements, evaluate features, and translate application specifications into workable technical solutions. Maintain application software and systems. Ensure all projects and releases are appropriately tested and risks are mitigated. Oversee and review development activities of team members and contractors. Support technical initiatives and provide input into best practices to team. Promote a risk aware culture, ensure efficient and effective risk and compliance management practices by adhering to required standards and processes.REQUIREMENTS : Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Information Technology, Electronic Engineering, or related field and six (6) years of progressively responsible experience in the job offered or related occupation: programming using languages, including Java, Ab-Initio, Spring Boot, JavaScript, Unix Scripting, XML, and JSON; utilizing web services, including Spring WS, REST, and SOAP; performing build and version control using tools, including Gradle, Maven, Github, Jenkins, and Ab-Initio EME; utilizing application servers, including Tomcat, IBM WAS, and Pivotal Cloud Foundry; performing monitoring using Autosys and App Dynamics; performing project tracking using JIRA and Rally; and utilizing database technologies, including Oracle, Sysbase, and Cassandra.QUALIFIED APPLICANTS: Please apply directly through our website by clicking on "Apply Now."
