DFS Corporate Services LLC seeks Lead Software Developer in Riverwoods, IL to participate in analyzing, modifying, and supporting application software. Ensure quality code is delivered through continuous integration, development, and testing. Perform technical design, coding with test automation, support, and documentation of software application modifications. Maintain application software and systems. Work with the product owner to understand business requirements, evaluate features and translate application specifications into technical solutions. Support technical initiatives and provide recommendations to team. Support and review development activities of team members and contractors. Participate in development of web-based client and server applications. Promote a risk-aware culture, ensure efficient and effective risk and compliance management practices by adhering to required standards and processes. REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Applied Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering or a related field and six (6) years of progressively responsible experience in job offered or related position: participating in system integration and debugging production related issues; working in DMS model of agile technology to ensure project deliveries follow the iteration cycle within the Value stream; conducting weekly review meetings; utilizing technologies including Agile Methodologies, CICS, JCL, VSAM, DB2, C, and Assembler.
