Must conduct research on business data to communicate findings to relevant stakeholders. Should be knowledgeable on analytical tools to set up processes and systems that make working with data more efficient within the company. Actively manages and escalates risk and customer-impacting issues within the day-to-day role to management. Demonstrates technical knowledge of analytical tools.Responsibilities

Gathers, structures, and analyzes data from multiple sources.

Analyzes the results of data analyses and develops recommendations for improvements. Presents the results of the data analyses and associated recommendations to management and process owners.

Partners with the business to identify the appropriate data sources and analysis methodology to meet business needs.

Develops comprehensive cost benefit analyses to capture financial and other impacts of initiatives.

Leads the development of standard data analyses, reports, and dashboards.

Coaches and guides team members in statistical concepts, principles, and tools.

Minimum QualificationsAt a minimum, here’s what we need from you:

Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Business, Analytics, Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science or related quantitative field

8+ years of experience in Finance, Statistics, Business, Forecasting, Data Science, or related quantitative field

In lieu of a degree, 12+ years of experience in Finance, Statistics, Business, Forecasting, Data Science, or related quantitative field

Preferred QualificationsIf we had our say, we’d also look for:

Master's Degree in Finance, Statistics, Business, Data Science, or related quantitative field

10+ years of experience in Finance, Statistics, Business, Forecasting, Data Science, or related quantitative field
