Partners with Corporate Communications, CRM Communications and the Enterprise Risk Management Training and Development team. Designs and implements business reporting and analyses. Develops and coaches' teams to be able to effectively foster and create a risk and compliance mindset within the teams you oversee.Responsibilities

Presents status and progress findings and risk-ranking processes.

Implements and maintains risk reporting.

Partners with business-led behavior sprint teams to understand roles and expectations. Reports finding to leadership.

Develops and maintains oversight processes, playbook, and procedures.

Develops, manages, and maintains reporting and oversight of risk areas.

Provides constructive feedback, coaching, and training to team members.

Minimum QualificationsAt a minimum, here’s what we need from you:

Bachelor's Degree in Corporate Risk Management, Compliance, Business

6+ years of experience in credit card or related financial services industries

In lieu of a degree, 8+ years of experience in Corporate Risk Management, Compliance, Business

Preferred QualificationsIf we had our say, we’d also look for:

Master's Degree in Corporate Risk Management, Compliance, Business

8+ years of experience in credit card or related financial services industries.

In lieu of a degree, 15+ years of experience in Corporate Risk Management, Compliance, Business

Additional incentives may be provided as part of a market competitive total compensation package.
