Job Description SummaryThe USCAN Service Commercial team is looking for a solution-oriented Configuration Management Leader (CML) to play a key role in lead the management of our next generation of global commercial offerings and drive implementation improvements. The CML is responsible for collecting requirements from commercial stakeholder creating offerings, forming an implementation strategy and managing the overall portfolio of offerings. This position collaborates closely with cross-functional, cross-platform and product management teams in the Service and Equipment teams to drive offering practices aligned to new & innovative market strategies.This is a hybrid role for the Pewaukee, WI site that will require onsite support and will also allow for flexibility to work from home.GE Healthcare is a leading global medical technology and digital solutions innovator. Develop deep expertise across the USCAN Service business and the Imaging, Ultrasound and PCS (Patient Care Solutions) SBUs on the commercial offering strategies and the horizontal process & platform requirements.

Work closely with Product Management, Engineering, Manufacturing & Service Teams to advise on offering structure options to support new & innovative commercial strategies.

Create, validate & maintain global offering structures, items & rules within the Apttus CPQ platform or other IT platforms as needed. Understand entitlement loading and execution from Siebel.

Understand use and management of existing quoting systems and how to transition to Apttus CPQ in the future. Responsible for working with teams on the setup and maintenance of offerings

Provide key insights for creating or changing offering items, structures and rules, and help manage the change control process.

Ensure change requests are compliant with controllership, regulatory and technical requirements.

Lead phase-in/out configuration orchestration and guidance for offering changes and their impact. Ensure synchronized offering and fulfilment change controls.

Troubleshoot offering issues causing quote or order delays. Drive root cause analysis & actions to closure.

Collaborate within the Configuration Management Team and across GEHC peers to identify, develop and lead simplification & standardization projects.

Provide expertise and insights to shape scope and prioritization for new and on-going cross-platform projects impacting the USCAN Service business.

Drive USCAN Service offering maintenance requirements in the Apttus CPQ platform. Provide business feedback for new features, own quality testing for offering features & communicate to business stakeholders during deployment.

Apply quality test practices and data verifications to ensure stable integration with other tools.

Work closely with region / global stakeholders to define, measure, and improve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to drive process improvements.

Prioritize continuously in accordance with the understanding and validation of customer problems and needs.

Qualifications/Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering or related field equivalent (defined as a High School Diploma/GED and a minimum of 8 years relevant work experience)

Minimum of 5 years of experience and demonstrated aptitude as a project team member in a commercial, technical, or operations environment

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working within a commercial organization and understanding customer business interactions

Excellent problem solving/analytical capabilities

Strong oral and written communication skills

Strong working knowledge of the English language

Proficient with Microsoft Office software

Previous experience working with Enterprise Platforms for Product Data Management (PDM), Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), or Configure-Price-Quote (CPQ) and Service CRMs.

Aware of and comply with the GEHC Quality Manual, Quality Management System, Quality Management Policy, Quality Goals, and applicable laws and regulations as they apply to this job type/position.

Complete all planned Quality & Compliance training within the defined deadlines.

Demonstrated willingness to learn and operationalize new processes, as well as navigate unfamiliar situations
