ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESCreate, and maintain documentation as it relates business and technical processesCreate and maintain Sequence Diagrams to clearly define workflows and data flowsConduct interviews and user meetings with key users to collect IT and business process informationProvide estimates for workstream activities, including dependencies, to the Project ManagerIdentify, manage and resolve risks and issues related to the workstreamCreate and maintain required regulatory and SDLC documentationContribute to all areas of system implementation including but not limited to vendor interaction, system compatibility, change control, qualification, deployment, and trainingWork with project teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements such as FDA, CAPA, and GxP, as well as internal policies and processesAssist in the performance of gap analysis between policy and process/proceduresDocument policy and procedure documents to be used throughout the organization to align with Division policiesWork with other groups, displaying strong communication and collaboration skillsFrequently communicate with co-workers, management and internal customers, which may involve delivering presentationsConsult with managers to determine the role of IT systems in an organizationEvaluating Information to Determine Compliance with Policies and StandardsAssist with Verification and Validation activities for regulated or controlled systems or applicationsWork independently with light to limited reliance on a more senior team memberMake continuous self-education a priorityIdentify and communicate quality concerns and/or process improvementsWork across teams to enhance quality by identifying and helping to implement initiatives that will improve capability and efficiencyFollow established processes and procedures pertaining to quality assurance and regulations.
