Job Responsibilities: · Oversee and document day-to-day job site activities. · Facilitate communication with the Project Management team. · Identify and address challenges promptly, collaborating for effective solutions. · Use MS Project to establish and implement the Project Baseline Schedule · Oversee subcontractor performance to maintain high-quality standards. · Regularly review the project site to guarantee adherence to safety protocols. Qualifications: · 3+ years of experience as a Construction Superintendent. · 3+ years of experience with healthcare commercial projects. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $140000.00 - $175000.00/yr.
