Adecco Staffing is working with a manufacturing company in Quincy, MA. We are looking for experienced Medical Device Assemblers. This is a temp to perm opportunity on 1st shift.Pay Rate Range: $19.50 per hourSchedule(s)/Hours: Monday - Friday 7:00 AM - 3:00 PMPosition Title: Product Builder/AssemblerResponsibilities Include:· Build Quality into all aspects of their work by maintaining compliance to all quality requirements.· Follow and adhere to company policy and procedures.· Perform multiple operations of a more complex nature on a functional area, such as assembly, inspection of in-process units and assemblies; material documentation, handling, and control.· Becomes trained on production tasks and maintains updated individual training records.· Demonstrate and applies a solid understanding of how to use measuring instruments.· Ability to use computers at a proficient level as needed, i.e., confirmations, issue materials, print labels.· Understand and apply Core 5 Metrics in relation to daily task.· Participates in program or functional team projects developing process improvement methods, solutions, and procedures to enhance quality and efficiency.Qualifications Include:· Minimum 1 year of experience in a Product Builder/Assembler position.· Previous experience in medical device manufacturing.· High School Diploma required.· Ability to work in a team environment.· Ability to work flexible hours and rotating tasks/responsibilities.If interested, please apply directly to this posting!Pay Details: $19.50 per hourBenefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
