Administrative Coordinator

Description Robert Half’s manufacturing client in Quincy is looking to bring on a Commercial Administrator. You will support the company's commercial team. This role is working on the trucking, production scheduling, and materials planning side of their business. This role reports to the Planning / Product Supply Manager. Training will be provided.You will be responsible for scheduling truck for dispatch and delivery, helping with new implementations, and the material movement process as a whole.More specifically you'll book, schedule, and track trucks, communicate with drivers, order entry, and assist with administrative-type duties if needed.MUST HAVES-Strong computer skills.
