I have been in business for 15 years now. The focus has always been doing higher end remodels. Recently I started working with a company that feeds us as much work as we can possibly handle. Im looking to build another 2-3 man crew. Pay is competitive but with these jobs being lower end, it takes a little speed to make things work.
These will all be vacant homes and we will be getting them rent ready. Usually means painting, light electrical/plumbing, flooring, doors, windows not too often and really its just smaller task stuff. The goal is to get each job done in one week so that should say a little something about how these jobs arent huge. Its really nice to constantly have a new work environment.
This is a 1099 position so there wont be any benefits offered. However, I do give bonuses often and am currently working on a bonus program each month and possibly even each job. We all have fun and keep things light as long as we are meeting expectations. Pay will be based upon skill and ability and to save time, when you contact me just let me know straight upfront what payscale you absolutely have to have. Again, these are not high end/high paying jobs for me so I have to keep that in mind when hiring someone. Hope that makes sense, if not just ask me questions. Im looking for people to start right away.
MUST HAVES;
drivers license
your own transportation (be able to go to multiple job sites per day if needed)
I prefer you have tools or at least the basics
Desire for long-term work
desire to work your way up the ladder
Good work ethic
positive attitude
home repair skills (basic carpentry, drywall, painting, flooring, etc)
