Position’s Contributions to Work GroupMossville based team handles enterprise quality data and quality related engineering tools. Our software and databases process dealer information about defects and warranty. Our engineering tools include reports and views of databases, disciplined problem solving tools and quality procedures. Typical DayVerify system performance and function.Define, grant or deny user access requests.User support to determine if something is broken or if the user needs help or education about the system/data. Fix any issues with our Quality Data Lake.Work with other IT partners to resolve issues or on enhancements.Meet with team to discuss issues, priorities or share knowledge.Move data into Snowflake and Oracle. Update and align related data dictionary items. Education Requirements:5-7 years of hands-on experienceBachelors or better in IT or IT related field with suitable experience. Technical SkillsExperience in databases such as Oracle, SQL Server, Teradata, or Snowflake. Snowflake skills are strongly preferred.Strong working knowledge of relational database management systems, database technologies. ETL knowledge required with Snaplogic a plus.Experience with data modeling, data analytics and reporting. PowerBI is a plus. Soft SkillsGood communication skills for handling access requests, grief and explaining system functions and procedures for global users/clients.
